convenient stay
excellent deskfriendly staffdusty shelf
the desk space is excellent. throughout my interactions, the staff answered questions. they were also very obliging. i received an additional pillow upon request. the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating.
I prefer tea bags in wrappers. These were unwrapped. the tv was on a lean forward. I couldn't correct it. the floor needed vacuuming around edges. shelves needed dusting.

The location offers convenient access. It is next to motorway services. parking is also convenient, as the rest area's parking lot functions as the hotel's parking area. this setup makes it easy to find a space, even late at night.

The room was very quiet. the bed was comfortable. there was free parking available. the staff were friendly. They were always ready to help! the location was handy and made accessing nearby food outlets very easy.

The staff were friendly enough, I guess. The parking was free.
The room, oh, the room. There was a stain on the carpet and the shower curtain had seen better days. It looked like a science experiment gone wrong. the walls were paper thin. I could hear every conversation my neighbors had, including their questionable taste in music.

the staff ensured i had what i needed to enjoy my stay. sanjeev helped me print some paperwork for my business. it was very useful to have refreshments available. there was also a microwave in the lobby, very convenient.
the room needed a proper deep clean. dusty corners had not been cleaned for a while. the complimentary tea bags and milk were of low quality. the tea tasted like brown dust, which i found disappointing.
